Doha: Ezdan Real Estate Company has begun tying up with real estate brokerage firms for marketing its housing projects.
The property developer held a meeting with leading real estate brokers in the country yesterday in Ezdan Village 3 in Al Wakra.
The meeting was addressed by Tony Hajjar, Assistant CEO for Technical Affairs of Ezdan.
“With our focus on affordable and quality development, we are intending to establish win-win partnership with brokers. The company has already prepared a form by which a brokering can guarantee his rights in bringing a client. In the future, this form will be made available online,” he said.
The official said maintaining detailed information is good enough for real estate agents to claim commission regardless a client finalises the deal through the brokerage firm or directly.
Ezdan has started contracts signing and giving possession of housing units of “Ezdan 3” Village in Wakra.
