Ezdan in talks with real estate brokers

Doha: Ezdan Real Estate Company has begun tying up with real estate brokerage firms for marketing its housing projects.

The property developer held a meeting with leading real estate brokers in the country yesterday in Ezdan Village 3 in Al Wakra.

The meeting was addressed by Tony Hajjar, Assistant CEO for Technical Affairs of Ezdan.

“With our focus on affordable and quality development, we are intending to establish win-win partnership with brokers. The company has already prepared a form by which a brokering can guarantee his rights in bringing a client. In the future, this form will be made available online,” he said.

The official said maintaining detailed information is good enough for real estate agents to claim commission regardless a client finalises the deal through the brokerage firm or directly.

Ezdan has started contracts signing and giving possession of housing units of “Ezdan 3” Village in Wakra.

Rents starts from an incredible low of QR3,000 with three months rent free. All apartments are fully furnished.

Construction works were finished in Village 3 that can accommodate 3,000 tenants.

The project contains a number of villas and furnished apartments for rent in a unique healthy and sophisticated style of living that suits the middle income segment.

The village has a billiards hall, gymnasium complex, tennis playground, parks, green spaces, swimming pool, auditorium, mosque, supermarket, shaded car parking and other public facilities.

Ezdan Real Estate Company has offered competitive rent prices for housing units in “Village 3” with 3 month free from charge as a special offer.

Ezdan, the largest property firm with a market capital of $2.6bn, is involved in developing a number of properties in the country.

Besides its Ezdan Villages in Wakra and Wukair which is expected to be completed during the current year, other residential and commercial projects in Al Ghanim, Gharafa and Musherib also are progressing in full swing. The Peninsula
