HSBC Amanah best Islamic bank: Euromoney

doha • HSBC Amanah, the global Islamic financial services arm of the HSBC Group, has been named Best International Islamic Bank and the Best Fund Manager by Euromoney Magazine in its 2008 Islamic Finance Awards. In addition, one deal lead managed by HSBC Amanah was awarded the accolade of Best Sukuk Deal.

HSBC Amanah was awarded the Best International Islamic bank award for being the leading provider of Islamic financial products and services across the world. It has been at the forefront of developing Islamic finance through the provision of innovative solutions to meet client needs supported by a team of nearly 200 dedicated professionals across the globe, including the Middle East, Brunei, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, Turkey, the United States and the United Kingdom.

HSBC Amanah has recently ranked the eight largest non-government Islamic financial institution by Shariah-compliant assets in the global listing of the Top 500 Islamic Financial Institutions, conducted jointly by The Banker Magazine and HSBC Amanah.
