Sarah and John claim honours at QTF tourney

The second edition of QTF & Al-Majed Tennis Tournament was concluded on Sunday at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex.
The event brought together 200 players who competed in 19 different age groups.
Saad Al Mohannadi (pictured below), Executive Director of the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation, Nasser al Majed, Development Director at Al Majed Group and Sultan Khalfan, the Tournament Director attended the medal ceremony.
Sarah Mogofal won women’s event while John David Ramerez hoisted the trophy of Men’s event.
Moreover, Clif Akaso and Renaldo Amazona took the gold of Men’s doubles event.
Mashael Al Khenji claimed the title of girls under 10 years event (green stage)
Nasser Al Yafae emerged victorious in boys under 12 years event while Rashed Nawaf won boys under 14 years event.
In boys under 18 years event, Rayyan Al Jefairi claimed the title.
Moreover, Fahad Al Khelaifi teamed up with Yousef Al Abdullah to take the first place in boys under 10 doubles event (green stage).
The duo of Adel Ghanim and Nasser Al Yafae prevailed in boys under 12 years doubles event while Abdulaziz Zainal and Ghanim Al khelaifi claimed the title of boys under 14 years doubles event.
Finally, Rashed Nawaf and Ibrahim Al Sulaiti emerged victorious in boys under 18 years’ doubles event.
Saad Al Mohannadi, Executive Director of the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation congratulated the players who won the titles of the event and hailed the results recorded by the Qatari players.
Al Mohanndi extended his thanks and appreciation to Al Majed Group for its support for the Qatari Tennis.
