Indian Sports Centre win Lulu ISC Cricket Festival
The team members of the Indian Sports Centre (ISC) celebrant their win in the Lulu ISC Cricket Festival 2017 at the Old Ideal School Ground.

Indian Sports Centre (ISC) won the Lulu ISC Cricket Festival 2017 defeating Ambassadors XII by three wickets at the Old Ideal School Ground.

Opting to bat first , Ambassador XII scored 162 runs in 20 overs loosing 7 wickets. Imtiyaz top scorer with a quick fire 42 from 20 balls and Capt Ravi Kumar scored 31 runs from 20 balls. Krishna Kumar with his tight line and length took four wickets for ISC.  Chasing the target, ISC kept the momentum going from the first ball itself. They reached the target in 19th over due to some fine batting by Furkhan, Chidanand and Sanjiv Jain.

Top scorer for ISC was Furkhan with 22 from 12 balls. 

For the newly formed ISC, the cricket festival, held under the Patronage of Embassy, was its maiden cricket event. 

Earlier, Chief Guest, P Kumaran, the Indian Ambassador to Qatar inaugurated the Cricket Festival.  A brochure was released during the event. 

MI Farid conducted the prize distribution ceremoy.  Azim Abbas – Chairman of ISC and Cricket Committee welcomed the chief guest. 

Prizes and trophies were distributed by P. Kumaran, Suhail Bukhari , Director ISC, Azim Abbas, Chairman ISC, Ram –GM (Mannai Travels), Ravi Kumar, CO ISC and Habib Un Nabhi –GS ISC. Organizing cricket committee members MI Farid, Murthy and Deepak Shetty were present on the dais. Lulu were the title sponsor, Mannai Travels and Al Sulaiman Jewellery & Watches were the other sponsors of the event.

Best Batsman: Imtiyaz( Ambassador XII) 

Best Bowler: Krishna Kumar (ISC).
