Al Wajbah wins Katara's Ramadan Beach Football Tournament
The winners of the seventh edition of the Katara’s Ramadan Beach Football Tournament.

The seventh edition of the Katara’s Ramadan Beach Football Tournament organised by The Cultural Village Foundation-Katara, in collaboration with Al Furjan Football Committee, held its finals at Katara’s beachfront.
The finals, clinched by Al Wajbah, saw a lively encounter between Al-Wajbah and Fereej Kulaib. A huge crowd of supporters, who had been encouraging the two teams from the beginning of the tournament, had assembled on the beachfront, adding to the atmosphere. A match to determine the third place winner saw Al Udeid defeat Umm Al Afai.
The tournament organising committee had allocated generous prizes for the seventh edition of Katara’s Ramadan Beach Football Tournament. The champions Al Wajbah received a memorial shield and a cash prize worth QR50,000. Team Fereej Al Kulaib who took second place were awarded a trophy, silver medals, and cash prize worth QR40,000. Al Udeid won the third-place and a cash prize of QR20,000. In addition to the team awards, individual prizes each worth QR5,000 were presented to the best goalkeeper, player, and top scorer of the championship. Abdullah Gameel from Al Wajbah team, having scored 15 goals, walked away with the prize for highest scorer of the tournament. The best player of the tournament award went to Muhammed Waad from Fereej Kulaib team while Al Udeid team’s Usama Kamal was awarded the best goal keeper prize.
