Tickets for the upcoming concert by world-renowned artist Yusuf Islam (pictured) are now available for purchase at the Museum of Islamic Art (MIA).
The concert which will take place on February 16 at the MIA Park is the artist’s first public performance in the Middle East and the first in a series of musical performances planned at MIA Park throughout the year.
In addition to front-row seating, VIP tickets priced at QR750 offers on-site parking, an exclusive reception with Yusuf Islam, free tickets to “Murakami – Ego” a contemporary art exhibition soon to open at Al Riwaq and a bag of goodies. Regular tickets will be on sale for QR210; fans who choose this option must park their vehicles at the Qatar National Theatre parking lot and will be transported to the venue by buses provided by the organisers. All seats at the venue will be numbered and reserved.
As a new recreational facility in Doha, MIA Park hosts Yusuf Islam’s concert marking the launch of several activities aimed to engage the local community and offer a new venue for entertainment, creativity and leisure.
