After an intense day in the kitchen perfecting their signature dishes, talented duo Wael Alawar and Mohamad Hamdan from The Diplomat Club Qatar have been awarded a place in the Anchor MasterChef Challenge final, which is being held in Dubai in February.
The judges decided The Diplomat Club Qatar team had the most innovative and original menu. They will take part in the ‘mystery basket’ final at Fonterra’s state-of-the-art innovation kitchen, the Culinarium, in Dubai next month where they will compete against seven other teams of the best chefs from across the GCC.
The Anchor MasterChef Challenge is now entering its third year and the organisers, Fonterra Brands Middle East, is confident it will continue to push the region’s culinary industry to ensure the chefs stay at the top of their game. Anchor Dairy products are exclusively distributed in Qatar by Al-Majid Jawad Marketing & Distribution.
