LOS ANGELES:  HE Qatar's Ambassador to the United States Ali bin Fahad Al-Hajri met with former US President Bill Clinton, the Chairman of Clinton Global Initiative (CGI), on the sidelines of the celebrations held in Los Angeles on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the initiative.

HE the Ambassador conveyed greetings of HH the Emir and HH the Heir Apparent to Clinton, and praised the role of the Clinton Global Initiative at the regional and international levels.

For his part, Clinton entrusted the Ambassador with his greetings to HH the Emir and HH the Heir Apparent, and praised Qatar's pioneering role at the regional and international level. (QNA)
