DOHA:  HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Zambia on the occasion of his country's national day.

HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a similar cable to the Zambian President congratulating him on the occasion. (QNA)
