Qatar exchange down 0.13% Thursday, 24 November 2011 14:52

DOHA:  The Qatar Exchange was down on Thursday 11.19 points or  0.13% to 8,564.59 points from the previous closing of 8,575.78.

The volume of shares traded was up to 4,012,725 from 3,182,717 on Wednesday, and the value of shares fell to QR160,440,834.34 from QR163,254,276.99  Wednesday.

Among the top losers were Qatar National Bank whose share dropped  0.34% to QR146.20, Industries Qatar lost by 0.76% to QR131.10, Barwa real Estate fell 0.51% to QR29.15 and Rayan down 0.38% to QR25.95

Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector dropped 6.47 points while the Insurance sector up 8.64 points. The Qatar industrial sector lost 41.57 points and the Services sector fell 7.37 points. (QNA)
