Israeli forces raid west Hebron Thursday, 22 December 2011 13:02

GAZA: Israeli tanks at dawn Thursday raided al-Farahin area, east of Khan Younis in the  southern Gaza strip, according to WAFA News Agency.

Palestinian sources said that two Israeli bulldozers accompanied by a large number of tanks raided the area amidst heavy firing. No injuries were reported.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces demolished today farming huts and wells in Ethna town, west of Hebron in the southern West Bank, according to security sources.

They told WAFA that Israeli forces accompanied by heavy military vehicles raided the village and demolished a number of farming huts and wells that belong to the village council and two families.

Head of Ethna village council, Jamal Tumizi, said that Israeli forces have so far demolished two wells, two water tanks and one farming hut in the village. (QNA)
