Poll: 72 pct of Palestinians believe Israel will reoccupy Gaza Tuesday, 03 January 2012 13:43

RAMALLAH: According to a poll run by independent Palestinian news agency Sama, about 72 percent of Palestinians believe that Israel's continuous threats of occupying Gaza Strip is just a prelude to reoccupy it.

The poll that ran on Sama website for a week, saw that 2042 out of 2825 participants or 72.3 percent, said that Israel plans to eventually reoccupy the strip while 26.4 percent said that Israeli threats is psychological war, with only 36 people saying they didn't know.

Geographical distribution of voters showed that 45.7 percent live in West Bank and Jerusalem and 48.6 percent live in Gaza Strip with the rest voting from other countries.(QNA)
