Legal advice: Cancelation of Travel Prevention Methods Thursday, 21 October 2010 03:17
Creditor may request the execution judge to issue an order of travel prevention against the debtor if there are serious grounds may lead the debtor to escape or smuggle their money. The debtor may complaint the order and request to cancel it if the debtor deposits the value of the debt with the court treasury or if there are strong reasons to cancel it. The request for travel prevention shall be presented with a reasoning petition to the temporary matters judge at the court of jurisdiction. This petition shall be in two identical copies and include all facts and grounds of the request. It also shall be accompanied by supporting documents in accordance with Civil and Commercial Deliberations Law No. 13/1990 and the amendments thereto.
