The Qatari Penal Code No 11/2004 indicates that a person will be punished by a fine not exceeding 500 (five hundred) riyals for throwing stones or other solid objects or garbage on persons, vehicles, houses, buildings, gardens or farms owned by others or neglected the alert during the day and night before drilling or other authorized works or to cut growing vegetation in the places allocated for the public benefit or the removal of dust from there or stones or any other material which are unauthorized, destroyed, removed or transferred the signs on the streets or buildings or turn off lights intended to illuminate the road or removed or damaged or moved or caused by his negligence in the destruction of something of the furniture of others or caused by his negligence or did not observe regulations in the death or injury of an animal or an animal owned by others or congest the road unnecessarily or without the permission of the competent authority or make unnecessary noise or uproar or noise, which spoils the public atmosphere or those who live or use an adjacent place or entered a land planted or prepared for planting or passed over alone or with his animals or leave them there moving or grazing without the right. He will also be punishable by a fine not exceeding 300 (three hundred) riyals each who bathed in full view of passers-by or appeared in public place or permitted to the public, by the appearance contrary to public decency and this is without interfering by any severe penalty provided for by another law.
