Penal Code No. 11 of 2004, concerning multi crimes and penalties states if the one act is a component of multi-crimes, crime of the most severe penalties shall be considered and sentenced. If many crimes are committed for one purpose and are related indivisibly to each other, they all shall be considered one crime and the judgment shall be the most severe decided penalty for such crimes. If the person commits many crimes before being sentenced for one of them and such crimes do not have relation, the judgment shall be with the decided penalty for each of them and all decided penalties shall be implemented consecutively, provided that imprisonment penalty for both a crime or felony shall not exceed twenty years and imprisonment penalty for felonies shall not exceed ten years. The crime penalty shall be according to its period in each penalty of the crime committed before the penalty of the said crime. Finally, death sentence shall supercede all other penalties with exception of fine and confiscation penalties.
