Mowasalat honours long-serving employees

DOHA: Mowasalat recently honoured its long-serving employees at a ceremony held at the company headquarters in Industrial Area. A taxi driver who brought the highest revenue with minimal traffic accidents was also honoured on the occasion.

Addressing the ceremony, Mowasalat’s chairman and managing director Jassim Saif Al Sulaiti said the ceremony, the first of its kind organised by the company, would be made an annual affair. “We strive to make Mowasalat the employer of choice. What we do to help achieve this is to provide the training to equip ourselves with the necessary knowledge and skills to take the challenges ahead. We are reviewing our training and development activities on a regular basis to see how we can achieve optimum utilization of our resources for developing our human capital,” said Al Sulaiti.

“Hard work, dedicated efforts and good planning always bring about impressive positive results and real success comes only through collaboration and team spirit”, Mowasalat’s executive director, Ahmed Bu Sherbak Al Mansouri told the gathering.

Nasser Al Khanji, Mowasalat’s strategy and business development director and Khadija Al Hashim, human resources director also spoke.
