DOHA: Qtel has extended its support services to its mobile phone customers with the opening of three new Starlink locations at Al Naser, Aspire and Al Wakra which will be available from 10am to 10pm Saturday to Thursday and 4pm to 10pm on Fridays.
The new service centres are part of Qtel’s continuing effort to assure customers that they will always get full value and reliability, offering peace of mind when purchasing a Qtel branded product or device.
Equipped with state-of–the-art repairs and maintenance for mobile phones, the teams at these service centres can also assist with software issues or devices purchased from a company shop or authorised dealer.
Customers purchasing a Qtel-branded product or device (such as a Smartphone, USB modem, wireless router or My-Fi device) from any Qtel Shop or authorised Qtel dealer will be provided with a 12-month warranty card that guarantees performance and effective operation.
The Qtel Warranty Card confirms date and place of purchase or delivery as well as the product name and description.
To maintain the warranty, customers should keep both their invoice and warranty card in a safe place for easy retrieval, should it become necessary to return the product for repair or replacement.
