Arab Engineering Bureau celebrated 46th anniversary Sunday, 11 December 2011 03:00
Architectural design and consultancy firm Arab Engineering Bureau (AEB) celebrated 46th anniversary at a function recently held at the Diplomatic Club.
Principal Architect and Managing Director of AEB Ibrahim Jaidah, reflected on the growth and achievements of the firm over the course of the past 46 years. AEB is a firm of over 400 employees of 28 different nationalities, practicing in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
“I am proud to see culturally diverse teams in our firm achieving extraordinary results” Ibrahim Jaidah Said.
At the ceremony AEB parted with employees Fayez Mohamed Eldemardash Abdalla, who has been with the firm the longest, for the past 37 years, and Stanley Fernando who headed AEB’s Quantity Surveying Department for the past 13 years.
As AEB has recently won a Consultancy of the Year Award Ibrahim Jaidah emphasized: “Our projects will continue to study the local identity, and push towards the contemporary Gulf Style establishing a modern Arab Vernacular. As the World Cup 2022 is ahead of us, exciting times in construction industry are yet to come.”
