Emir ratifies Qatar-Morocco agreement Monday, 06 February 2012 03:37
Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani yesterday issued the Decree No. (10) of 2012 ratifying an agreement on mutual administrative assistance for the prevention, investigation and prosecution of customs offences and to ensure the proper application of customs laws signed between the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Morocco in Doha on 23.02.2011.
The Emir also issued Decree No. (11) of 2012 ratifying an agreement on legal cooperation signed between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Belarus in Doha on 15.08.2011.
The Emir as well issued Decree No. (12) of 2012 ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on tourism cooperation signed between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Belarus in Doha on 15.08.2011.
The two agreement and the MoU shall have the force of law in accordance with the Article 68 of the Constitution.
The decrees are to be effective from the date of issue and are to be published in the Official Gazette.
