A person fasts in Ramadan for Allah in the hope of His mercy and salvation from the hardships of Judgment Day, in which no money and sons will be of any help. The person who comes with a pure heart shall be successful. The heart is a vessel of faith and strength of repair of a human body. If it is impervious and strong, the man shall be strong and if it is weak the man shall be weak. The messenger of Allah taught us that truly in the body there is a morsel of flesh which, if it is sound, then the whole body is sound and if it is corrupt, then whole body is corrupt. Truly, it is the heart. The heart will be good if it is infused with the light of Allah Almighty and covered with the clothes of piety and devotion. If the heart is full of verses a torch of light shall increase its grace and get close to Allah as well as the signs of calm and tranquility shall appear, especially in these days we are living now. The holy month has been blessed with the revelation of the Quran which let Muslims make for themselves a fortune and get a high place of obedience, righteousness, piety, awareness and maturity. We must inhale the breeze of guidance given from the book of Allah. The man shall have a permanent Quranic spirit where he accepts the verses and recites them carefully and with insightfulness and hope. The meaning of Quran fills his mind and feelings. The heart shall absorb Quran’s transparent light. Allah Almighty shall bless him with a good life in this world, which increases the happiness. This recitation shall bring the heart the signs of tenderness and goodness. You will find the man merciful and humble racing for good and eager to meet Allah Almighty. The heart is only a container of deeds which carries them. The man is judged by his deeds. The heart fluctuates between safety and disease, happiness and misery according to approval of the deeds by the law of Allah Almighty.

Allah favoured this Ummah by sending Mohammed, peace be upon him, the best creature and choosing Islam as religion. He blessed this Ummah with His book, the best speech and collected in it all that a human being could need including information about the people who lived in previous eras, sermons, proverbs, literature, forms of provisions and arguments. He increased the reward for reciting the Quran and ordered us to take care of it and glorify it as well as show reverence. The dire need of heart to look into Quran makes in the heart an argument that can be met with the remembrance of Allah and enjoyment with his noble speech. The loneliness of heart can be removed by the familiarity with Allah’s book. There is concern and fear in the heart that can be removed by seeking peace in what Allah mentioned for His servants in the form of rewards. There is hunger in the heart that can be removed by its provision with the rules of Quran. The heart in case difficulty can be taken to the right path by seeking the guidance from the light of its lord and the evidence of His invincible book. The firm stability of Quran in the heart shall benefit it in the world and hereafter. The intelligent believer, when reciting the Quran, reviews it as if it is a mirror through which he sees every good thing in the world. The person who carries this characteristic or he is close to it recites the Quran as it must be and takes care of it properly and for such person the Quran shall be a witness and it shall benefit him and his family as well as it shall bring every virtue for his parents and spring in the world and hereafter.
