Doha - The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani held via telephone a conversation with Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya HE Dr. Mohammed Al Menfi.
The call pertained to bilateral relations and the means to enhance them, in addition to discussing the most prominent regional and international developments of joint interest, particularly the developments in Libya.
