The Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) has launched the second edition of its training programme entitled “Dealing with the Media.” The programme is presented in cooperation with Al Jazeera Media Institute and comes within the framework of developing leadership positions in Kahramaa.
Kahramaa has approved training programmes for the company’s leaders in 2021, targeting the heads of the departments. The three programmes are held from June 20 to July 8, and each session lasts for a week.
The programme aims to meet the requirements of Kahramaa by raising the efficiency of leaders in dealing with the media with confidence and professionalism, by teaching them how to deal with all audio-visual media, in addition to deepening understanding of the media and providing participants with critical thinking skills in this field, and employing this knowledge and experience in the functional area.
