Goalkeeper Abubaker Mohammed Hassan
Doha, Qatar: Al Sadd SC, the reigning Qatari football league champions, announced today the signing of goalkeeper Abubaker Mohammed Hassan from Al Khor.
The player officially signed a five-year contract with Al Sadd, running until 2031, marking a new chapter in his career. He joined Al Khor from Mesaimeer in July 2025.
Al Sadd also recently appointed Romanian coach Razvan Lucescu, who will take over the team next season, succeeding Italian Roberto Mancini.
Al Sadd is currently holding a training camp in Austria in preparation for the upcoming season, where they will defend their Doha Stars League title and compete in other domestic competitions, in addition to participating in the AFC Champions League.
