Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani held on Sunday afternoon a telephone conversation with the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait HH Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.
During the call, they reviewed the strong relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen and develop them, in addition to the most prominent regional and international developments.
The Deputy Amir of Kuwait also congratulated the Amir and the State of Qatar on the occasion of holding the first Shura Council elections, wishing success for the members and the Council and for the State of Qatar and its people further progress and development.
HH the Amir expressed his thanks to HH the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait for his kind feelings, which reflect the depth of the relations between the two countries and peoples, wishing His Highness health and happiness.
