Qatar Airways has informed that nationals of seven recently banned countries - Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Iran, Iraq and Yemen - will be permitted to travel on presenting a valid, unexpired US visa.
Even those with Lawful permanent Resident (LPR) card (Green card) will be permitted to travel.
The travel alert on Qatar Airways website read as:
As directed by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), nationals of the seven affected countries listed below and all refugees seeking admission presenting a valid, unexpired U.S. visa or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) card (Green Card) will be permitted to travel to the United States and will be processed accordingly upon arrival.
Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Yemen
The US Customs and Border Protection, following the Seattle restraining order, had instructed airlines to once again board travelers who have proper visa.
