Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received in his office at Lusail Palace on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, four ambassadors on the occasion of the end of their tenure in the country.
HH the Amir met HE Faisal Ali Ibrahim, Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, HE Mohammed Nuruddin Ismail, Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana, HE Gautam S. Bhattacharya, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden, and HE Odette Yidi David, Ambassador of the Republic of Colombia to the State of Qatar.
His Highness the Amir awarded the ambassadors the Al Wajbah Decoration, in recognition of their role in contributing to strengthening cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and their friendly countries, wishing them success in the tasks that will be entrusted to them in the future, and for the relations between the State of Qatar and their countries to have more progress and prosperity.
For their part, the ambassadors expressed their deep gratitude and appreciation to His Highness the Amir and to the officials in the country for the cooperation they received, which contributed to the success of their work missions in the country.
