Doha: The Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued Sunday Decision No. 73 of 2018 on restructuring the Board of Directors of Qatar Petroleum.
The decision stipulated that the board of directors of Qatar Petroleum be restructured with the Deputy Amir H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani as chairman and Minister of State for Energy Affairs H E Saad bin Sharida Al Kaabi as vice chairman and managing director.
The members of the board will include Minister of Finance, Minister of Commerce and Industry, Nasser Khalil Al Jaidah, Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Jassim Al-Thani and Saeed Mubarak Al Muhannadi.
The decision is effective from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
