Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received a written message from H E President Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, pertaining to the solid bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and means of supporting and enhancing them, in addition to issues of mutual concern.
Chief Executive Officer of Rosneft Oil Company Igor Sechin handed over the message when the Amir met him at the Amiri Diwan office on Sunday morning.
