A new tourism and leisure destination on Qetaifan Island North

TAAMEER Real Estate Projects Group has unveiled “CANAL WALK”, a new waterfront tourism and leisure destination on Qetaifan Island North, within the “CANAL BAY” development. The destination offers an integrated experience combining entertainment, dining, cafés, shopping and family activities in one vibrant setting.
Stretching approximately 580 metres along the waterfront, the destination has been designed to welcome visitors and residents throughout the year. It features air-conditioned walking areas and pathways, outdoor spaces, and a diverse selection of restaurants, cafés, retail outlets and international brands, alongside a range of tourism and leisure concepts and experiences.
The destination also benefits from direct views of “Azure Beach” and its proximity to Meryal Waterpark and some of Qetaifan Island North’s leading tourism and leisure attractions, further enhancing the island’s overall visitor experience.
Commenting on the announcement, His Excellency Sheikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, Chairman and Managing Director of Qetaifan Projects, said: “CANAL WALK represents a distinctive addition to the western side of the island in particular and to Qetaifan Island North as a waterfront destination more broadly.
