Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has highlighted the Al Adeid Service on the Metrash app, which allows users to submit complaints directly to the Preventive Security Department.
In a social media post, the ministry said the service enables users to report matters related to public morality, negative behaviour, threats, violations in tourist areas and administrative corruption.
To access the service, users must log in to the Metrash app, select "Security", followed by "Security Complaint". Under Department, they should select "Preventive Security Department", then choose "Al Adeid Service Reporting" under Application Type.
Users can then select the relevant complaint category, including public morality, negative behaviour, threats, violations in tourist areas or administrative corruption.
After clicking continue, users can describe the matter, upload photographs if applicable, provide the location and enter their contact details and email address before selecting "Done" to submit the complaint.
