Doha: Children from Qatar won prizes in all the 3 categories at the 14th Toyota Dream Car Art Contest in the Middle East and Central Asia Divisional contest.

The winners of the contest were announced at the virtual award ceremony held recently.

Sohan Sandeep from MES Indian School won the prize in the category 1 (below 7 years) for his dream car “TOYOTA H3” (Heal, Hope Happy). Sohan wishes his dream car heals the wounded people in war areas. His Dream car is a hope for elderly people and abandoned children. It provides food, medicines, toys and books.

The vehicle runs on recycled fuel from paper, plastic and glass wastes.

Nemsith Nimpura from Shantinikentan Indian School won the prize in category 2 (08 – 11 years) for his dream car “History Finder Car”. Nemsith believes his dream car will help to find our monuments that are submerged in the sea beds that are yet to be discovered.

Nandana Bijukumar, a student of Birla Public School, won in the 3rd category (12 – 15 years) for her dream car “Disaster Managing Car”. She believes her dream car can manage resources and responsibilities for dealing with all humanitarian aspects of emergencies in order to lessen the impact of disasters.
