DOHA: Indian community has been awarded Best Community Fan Trophy by Qatar Football Association (QFA) during the Asian Communities Football Tournament 2018 held recently at Al Arabi Stadium.
The Trophy was received by Nilangshu Dey, President, Indian Sports Centre, from Khalid Al Jumaily, Community Engagement Manager of Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, in presence of QFA and Qatar Stars League senior officials.
This award has been constituted first time by QFA for recognition of the community fans in their ACFT tournament participated by 12 asian countries.
