Doha: The State of Qatar and the Republic of Panama signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in the fields of education and higher education.
Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Dr Ibrahim bin Saleh Al Nuaimi, signed the MoU on behalf of the Qatari side, while Panama’s Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maria Luisa Navarro, represented her country.
The signing took place during a meeting between the undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and Panama’s Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The two sides discussed aspects of mutual cooperation in the educational fields and means of boosting and developing them.
