Doha: All emergency and inpatient services across Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC)’s network of hospitals will continue to operate as normal, 24-hours a day, seven days a week, during the holy month of Ramadan.
The changes to operating hours affect a number of services delivered remotely via the national COVID-19 helpline 16000. During the holy month of Ramadan COVID-19 helpline will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
HMC’s OPD virtual clinics will run alongside HMC Urgent consultation clinics and patients will be called for their virtual appointments between 9am and 2pm Sunday to Thursday.HMC Urgent Consultation Service operate 7 days a week, from 8am to 3pm.
The Mental Health Helpline will be available from 9am to 2pm and 9pm to 2am, Saturday to Thursday, 9am to 2pm on Fridays. HMC Pharmacy Medication Home Delivery Service will be available from 8am to 3pm, Saturday to Thursday (closed on Fridays). HMC’s drug information service will be available on 40260759 from 8am to 3pm, Saturday to Thursday (closed on Fridays).
HMC Diabetes Hotline will operate seven days a week from 8am to 5.30 pm and 7.30 pm to 11pm. Blood Donor Center next to Hamad General Hospital will operate from Saturday to Thursday from 8am to 1pm and 6pm to 12 midnight.
New Blood Donor Center opposite Outpatient Department next to Surgical Specialty Center: 6pm to 12 midnight, Saturday to Thursday (closed in the morning). Both centers are closed Fridays. HMC’s Nesma’ak Customer Service helpline, 16060 will operate Sunday to Thursday 7am to 10pm; from Friday and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
