Qatar Rail achieved a unique feat on Friday when it transported and installed a 63-metre long pedestrian bridge in the West Bay area in 24 hours.
The new bridge will be one of the pedestrian bridges for Doha Metro stations.
This bridge is the last section of the pedestrian bridge in the West Bay area.
The bridge connects West Bay station with the QP District.
The company broadcast a video showing the transportation and installation of the bridge.
This comes as a new achievement for Qatar Rail, which has already set record numbers during its completion of the Doha Metro project.
Qatar's achievements continue in various fields despite the unjust siege imposed on the state.
