Doha: The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs represented by Zakat Fund has started distributing in-kind ‘Zakat Al Fitr’ and Eid clothes to needy people in cooperation with Hifz Al Naema Center.
The initiative was launched to distribute 4,000 in-kind Zakat Al Fitr (food items, Eid clothes) to the needy people registered at Zakat Fund and Hifz Al Naema Center, said the Ministry in a release.
In-kind Zakat Al Fitr will be distributed to 1,500 families and 2,500 workers. Eid cloths to 1,500 families.
