Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam H E Pham Minh Chinh met yesterday in Hanoi with Minister of State for Foreign Affairs H E Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi. The meeting dealt with bilateral cooperation between the two countries and issues of joint interest.
