Doha: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received a written message from President of Republic of Mali, Ibrahim Boubacar Keita, pertaining to ways of boosting and developing bilateral relations between both countries. The message was delivered by Secretary General at the office of President of Mali, when the Emir met him at Al Bahr Palace yesterday.
