The World Cup stadiums and training sites for national teams opened their doors to Qatari clubs to resume their training in preparation for the return of the league activity after a long hiatus that spanned nearly 3 months due to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19 ).

The Qatari clubs returned to the training in preparation for the return of the Qatar Football League competitions on July 24.

The clubs trained at Khalifa International Stadium, the first stadiums ready for the Qatar World Cup 2022 as well as training pitches for the World Cup, in coordination between the Football Association and the Qatar Stars League with the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC).

It is the first time that club players have trained in training fields for the participating teams in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
