Doha, Qatar: The Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HE Dr. Abiy Ahmed Ali, Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, on the occasion of the victory of the ruling Prosperity Party in the general elections, wishing him success and the bilateral relations between the two countries further development and growth.
