Doha: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani will start an Asian Tour on January 27 by paying an official visit to the Republic of Korea, followed by similar visit to Japan and a state visit to the People’s Republic of China.
During the tour H H the Amir will hold talks with the leaders and senior officials of these states on prospects for enhancing bilateral cooperation and strategic partnership in different fields of bilateral cooperation, for the mutual benefit of Qatar and those states and their brotherly peoples. Viewpoints on regional and international issues of common concern will be exchanged as well.
The tour will also see the signing of a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding in various fields. H H the Amir will be accompanied by an official delegation.
