Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Social Development and Family has opened nominations for the Best Small Project in Qatar Award, as part of the 13th honouring ceremony for small projects organised in cooperation with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
The award seeks to recognise owners of small and medium-sized projects, institutions and entrepreneurs who have demonstrated innovative ideas, developed pioneering business models and contributed to growth and community participation.
According to the ministry, the initiative aims to highlight successful small and medium-sized enterprises and encourage innovative projects capable of developing sustainable business models and strengthening their contribution to economic and social development.
The award also provides an opportunity to showcase successful Qatari projects alongside initiatives from other GCC countries, supporting the exchange of experiences and encouraging entrepreneurship across the region.
