Doha, Qatar: Air Algerie on Wednesday launched direct flights between Doha and Algiers, further expanding Hamad International Airport’s (HIA) international connectivity.
HIA announced the arrival of the Algerian national carrier, marking the start of its direct service connecting the Qatari and Algerian capitals.
The new route provides passengers with another direct travel option between Qatar and Algeria and further strengthens Doha’s air links with North Africa.
With the addition of Air Algerie, HIA now has 37 airline partners, including Qatar Airways, connecting Doha with more than 160 destinations worldwide.
