Madrid: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a written message to King of Spain HM Felipe VI, pertaining to bilateral relations and ways to enhance and develop them.
The message was handed over by Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Spain HE Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al Hamar, during his meeting with HE Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation of the Kingdom of Spain Arancha Gonzalez Laya.
