Doha: The Prime Minister and Acting Minister of Interior of the Republic of Tunisia HE Hichem Mechichi met at his residence on Monday during his current visit to Qatar with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and the developments of the situation in Libya.
The two sides affirmed the aspiration of the two brotherly countries to develop cooperation in a way that strengthens relations in various fields, especially in investment and economy.
The Tunisian Prime Minister expressed thanks to the State of Qatar for its support for the Tunisian people and for providing job opportunities for the Tunisian community.
For his part, the Deputy Prime Minister reiterated the State of Qatar's full support for the brotherly Tunisian people to achieve progress and prosperity.
