Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education has announced holding extension exams for students who missed the second round examinations due to a COVID-19 infection or contact, from Grade 1 to Grade 12, stemming from the Ministry’s keenness in the interest of the students and achieving the requirements of the public interest.
According to the circular issued by the Ministry’s Evaluation Affairs Sector to principals of public and private schools that apply national standards, the exams will take place from September 5 to September 16.
These students are required to bring a certificate from the Ministry of Public Health proving the date of infection or contact with infected with the virus, and the schools shall provide the Student Assessment Department with the names of those students no later than September 1.
