TASMU Accelerator signs partnership agreement with PwC Middle East

Doha, Qatar: TASMU Accelerator, an initiative of the TASMU Smart Qatar Programme under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), announces the signing of a partnership agreement with PwC Middle East to join as Cohort Champion for the fourth cohort of the TASMU Accelerator.

The agreement was signed during Web Summit Qatar 2026 by Eman Al Kuwari, Director of the Digital Innovation Department at MCIT, and Yazen Al Safi, representing PwC Middle East.

Under the partnership agreement, PwC Middle East will present a cash prize of QR200,000 to be awarded to the best startup within the fourth cohort (2026), in addition to providing strategic support to startups within the fourth cohort that includes access to leading specialised mentors and industry experts, along with guidance on business development strategies and market readiness.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to empowering high-potential startups and strengthening Qatar’s position as a regional hub for digital innovation and entrepreneurship.

The agreement also represents as an effective model of collaboration between government initiatives and private sector leaders, contributing to enhancing the support ecosystem for technology startups, accelerating their growth pathways, and transforming innovative ideas into market-ready solution, in alignment with the objectives of Qatar’s Digital Agenda 2030.
