Doha, Qatar: In light of the evolving situation in the Middle East, the Nepal Embassy has urged its nationals currently in Qatar to register their details through a dedicated online portal.

In a statement, the Nepal Embassy said the data collection aims to collate essential information to enhance preparedness and ensure a swift and effective response should circumstances become more challenging.

The initiative, carried out in collaboration with the Non-Resident Nepali Association National Coordination Council Qatar (NRNA NCC Qatar) and all Nepali Community organizations, will enable the Embassy and Nepal's Ministry of Foreign Affairs to maintain an updated records.

The Embassy urged Nepali citizens to register on its official portal (https://legal.nepalconsular.gov.np/urgent-rescue), adding that the registration link and QR code can also be found on its social media platforms.
