Doha, Qatar: The General Tax Authority announced on Thursday that it had seized and confiscated more than 200kg of tobacco products during an inspection campaign.
The products were seized during inspections targeting goods without approved tax stamps and unauthorised excise goods at several commercial outlets.
The campaign is part of efforts to strengthen compliance with the Excise Tax Law and protect public health.
