Riyadh: The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) condemned and denounced in the strongest terms the repeated hostile Iranian attacks against the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
In a statement issued on Thursday, GCC Secretary-General Jasem Mohamed AlBudaiwi said that the Iranian regime’s continued targeting of civilian facilities and vital infrastructure undermines international and regional efforts aimed at promoting security, peace, and a resolution to the crisis.
AlBudaiwi reaffirmed the GCC’s support for all measures taken by the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to strengthen their security, safeguard their sovereignty, and preserve the integrity of their territories.
